Violating K.S.A. 41-721 and 41-722; places declared common nuisances.
All places where alcoholic liquor is sold in violation of any provision of K.S.A. 41-721 and 41-722 shall be and are declared to be common nuisances, and may be abated as such in the manner hereinafter provided.
