Article 10 - Operation Under Influence Of Alcohol Or Drugs
- 3-1006 Operating an aircraft under the influence; criminal penalties.
- 3-1007 Tests for alcohol or drugs; request by officer, grounds; administration of tests, when; procedures; immunity from liability; admissibility and availability of test result; assessment of costs; privileges not applicable; remedial nature of law.
