75-4290. Kansas economic recovery loan deposit program; citation.
(a) K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 75-4290 through 75-4296, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas economic recovery loan deposit program.

(b) The Kansas economic recovery loan deposit program shall be a part of and supplemental to article 42 of chapter 75 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto.
