65-7622. Acupuncturist-patient privilege.
(a) The confidential relations and communications between a licensed acupuncturist and the acupuncturist's patient are placed on the same basis as those established between a physician and a physician's patient in K.S.A. 60-427, and amendments thereto.
(b) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2017.
