58-2811 Unlawful for abstracters to pay portions of charges made for services.

58-2811. Unlawful for abstracters to pay portions of charges made for services.
It shall be unlawful for any licensed abstracter to pay any portion of the charge made for making, extending or certifying an abstract of title to real estate to any other person. Nothing in this section shall make it unlawful to pay a licensed abstracter for any services performed.
