55-181. Administration and enforcement of rules, regulations and orders.
In the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this act or any rule, regulation or order promulgated pursuant thereto, the corporation commission, attorney general, any county attorney and courts of general jurisdiction are hereby granted the same power and authority respectively granted under K.S.A. 55-608, and amendments thereto.
