44-763. Same; benefits not chargeable to employer's accounts.
No contributing employer or rated governmental employer's account shall be charged with respect to the benefits paid to a claimant who is eligible to receive employment security benefits due to domestic violence as set forth in K.S.A. 44-706, and amendments thereto.
