39-351. Supplemental nature of 39-349 to 39-351.
This act shall not be construed as repealing any existing law except so far as it may conflict herewith, but shall be construed as supplemental to the said chapter 100 [39-343 to 39-348] of the Session Laws of Kansas for the year 1909.
