32-853. Same; restriction as to uses or occupancy.
All leases entered pursuant to K.S.A. 32-850 through 32-852, and the uses or occupancy thereunder, shall not interfere materially with the purposes for which the lands subject to the mineral lease were granted to the state of Kansas.
