3-311. Same; lease or assignment; purposes.
The board of county commissioners of such counties so acquiring airports or flying fields may lease, assign or sublease the whole or part of such airport or flying field to one or more responsible persons, associations or corporations for any purpose directly or incidentally required for the successful operation of such property: Provided, Areas not necessary for such activities may be leased for uses, such as agricultural, which are not hazardous to aviation.
