72-1536 Sale of lands remaining unsold.

72-1536. Sale of lands remaining unsold. In case any such land shall not be sold at such sale, the same may be again advertised and offered for sale without reappraisement, or may, in the discretion of the county commissioners, be reappraised and again advertised and offered for sale.
