2-3903. Same; alternative crop research act licensing fee fund. (a) There is hereby created in the state treasury the alternative crop research act licensing fee fund to be administered by the secretary of agriculture. All expenditures from the alternative crop research act licensing fee fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers signed by the secretary of agriculture or the secretary's designee.

(b) Licensing and renewal fees shall be established pursuant to rules and regulations adopted by the secretary under the alternative crop research act. The amounts received for such fees shall be deposited in the state treasury in accordance with K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto, and shall be credited to the alternative crop research act licensing fee fund.
