19-4719 Time of arraignment.
Universal Citation: KS Stat § 19-4719 (2018)
19-4719. Time of arraignment. Accused persons shall be arraigned:
(a) At the time specified in the notice to appear; or
(b) if no date be specified, then on the earliest date when the court convenes.
