15-1401 Qualifications of mayor and commissioners.
Universal Citation: KS Stat § 15-1401 (2018)
15-1401. Qualifications of mayor and commissioners. The mayor and each of said commissioners shall be a citizen of the United States and a qualified elector of such city.
