76-12c02 Same; definitions.

76-12c02.Same; definitions. For the purpose of this act the term "disabled persons" shall mean any person of employable age who by reason of any disability, physical or mental, whether congenital or acquired by accident, injury or disease, is or may be expected to be totally or partially incapacitated from engaging in a remunerative occupation; the term "vocational rehabilitation" shall mean the rendering of such disabled person fit to engage in a remunerative occupation or become capable of independent living by providing such services as are necessary to rehabilitate such person.
