72-8266 Designated state official; duties.
Universal Citation: KS Stat § 72-8266 (2017)
72-8266. Designated state official; duties. The designated state official for this state shall be the commissioner of education. The commissioner of education shall enter into any contracts pursuant to article III of the agreement only with the approval of the specific text thereof by the state board of education.
