72-3572. Same; appropriation, limitation. Any appropriations for the implementation of the provisions of K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 72-3566 through 72-3572, and amendments thereto, shall not exceed $20,000,000, in the aggregate, from one or more funds in the state treasury.
