65-6741. Kansas unborn child protection from dismemberment abortion act; citation of act. The provisions of K.S.A. 2017 Supp. 65-6741 through 65-6749, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas unborn child protection from dismemberment abortion act.
