74-49b04.Same; KPERS board as successor to all property, property rights and records. The board of trustees of the Kansas public employees retirement system shall succeed to all property, property rights and records that were used for or pertain to the performance of powers, duties and functions transferred to the board pursuant to K.S.A. 2016 Supp. 74-49b01, and amendments thereto. Any conflict as to the proper disposition of property, personnel or records arising under this act shall be determined by the governor, whose decision shall be final.
