25-2010. School district elections; conduct by county election officer; dates of primary and general elections specified. Election of board members and question submitted elections shall be conducted by the county election officer of the home county of the school district. Board member general elections shall be held on the first Tuesday in April of each odd-numbered year. If a primary election is required to be held, such primary election shall be held on the Tuesday preceding by five weeks the first Tuesday in April of odd-numbered years.
