Section 9-807 Validation of acts done under lapsed articles of incorporation.
9-807. Validation of acts done under lapsed articles of incorporation. The acts of any bank or trust company whose charter or articles of incorporation have lapsed or terminated by the expiration of time are hereby legalized and declared to be valid in the same manner and to the same effect as though said banks and trust companies had been duly incorporated at all times since their organization and prior to the enactment of this act.
