9-513d. Citation of Kansas money transmitter act. The provisions of K.S.A. 9-508 through 9-513, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 9-513a through 9-513c, and amendments thereto, shall be known as and may be cited as the Kansas money transmitter act.
