Section 9-2102 Applicability of act.


KS Stat § 9-2102 (2012) What's This?

9-2102. Applicability of act. (a) All trust companies incorporated after the effective date of this act shall be organized and governed pursuant to this act.

(b) All trust companies incorporated before the effective date of this act, upon the effective date of this act, shall be subject to and governed by the provisions of this act.
