KS Stat § 9-1711 (2012) What's This?

9-1711. Notice to county attorney. Whenever it shall come to his or her knowledge the commissioner shall inform the county attorney of the county wherein the bank or trust company is located of any violation constituting a felony or misdemeanor, of the provisions of this act.
