82a-2323. Same; special irrigation district; expiration of provisions. If the special irrigation district authorized pursuant to this act is not formed by December 31, 2020, the provisions of K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 82a-2315 through 82a-2322, and amendments thereto, shall expire.
