79-3682. Same; citation of act; effective date. (a) The provisions of K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 79-3666 through 79-3682, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the streamlined sales and use tax agreement conformity act.
(b) The provisions of K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 79-3666 through 79-3682 shall be effective on and after July 1, 2003.
