75-7510. Same; civil action; venue. Any action under this act may be brought in the district court of any county in which the defendant or, in the case of multiple defendants, any one defendant can be found, resides or transacts business or in which any act prohibited by K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 75-7503, and amendments thereto, occurred.
