75-5947. Same; contracts for services involving litigation. The secretary of aging may contract for the services of persons to assist in the preparation of expert testimony for litigation and to act as expert witnesses in litigation. Any such contracts shall be exempt from the competitive bid requirements of K.S.A. 75-3739 and amendments thereto.
