74-50,219. Promoting employment across Kansas; legislative members prohibited from benefiting under act; when. No person who was a member of the legislature on the effective date of this act may avail themselves of the benefits under the provisions of K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 74-50,210 through 74-50,216, and amendments thereto, until after July 1, 2015.
