Article 88 CAPITAL OUTLAY LEVY, FUND AND BONDS
Section 72-8801a Capital outlay levy; limitations.
72-8801a. Capital outlay levy; limitations. From and after the effective date of this act no school district may adopt or renew a resolution imposing a tax levy in excess of the statutorily prescribed mill rate fixed by subsection (b)(2)(A) of K.S.A. 72-8801, and amendments thereto. Any school district making a levy in excess of such amount may continue to make such levy until the expiration of the resolution under which such levy is made.
