68-2090. Contractual powers regarding projects. The authority is hereby authorized and directed to enter into contracts or agreements with the secretary of transportation, or any other public instrumentality, or public body, corporate, or any combination thereof, to provide for administration and services in connection with the design, construction, land and property acquisition, and the operation, maintenance and repair of any highway project, or projects, built or proposed to be built by the authority under the provisions of this act. This section shall authorize the Kansas turnpike authority, the secretary of transportation, or any other public instrumentality, to enter into such contract.
