KS Stat § 66-2013 (2012) What's This?

66-2013. Review of TeleKansas I. In order to adequately assess the impact of TeleKansas I, the commission shall review the capital expenditures required to be made by telecommunications public utilities pursuant to subsection (a) of K.S.A. 66-1,197, and amendments thereto. After review of such expenditures, the commission shall determine the extent to which such expenditures have not been made and may issue an order establishing a schedule for completion of such capital expenditures.
