65-6821. Kansas health information technology and exchange act. (a) K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 65-6821 through 65-6834, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas health information technology and exchange act.
(b) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2011.
