KS Stat § 56-1a,506 (2012) What's This?

56-1a506. Cancellation of registration. A foreign limited partnership may cancel its registration by filing with the secretary of state a certificate of cancellation executed by a general partner, together with the fee required by K.S.A. 56-1a605. A cancellation does not terminate the authority of the secretary of state to accept service of process on the foreign limited partnership with respect to causes of action arising out of the doing of business in the state of Kansas.
