Section 55-1633 Oil and gas resources fund; interest; use.


KS Stat § 55-1633 (2012) What's This?

55-1633. Oil and gas resources fund; interest; use. (a) All interest earned on moneys in the oil and gas resources fund shall remain in the fund.

(b) The board shall not use any funds collected under K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 65-1531, and amendments thereto, for the purpose of influencing government action or policy, except that the board may recommend amendments to this act.
