Section 49-513 Same; grants to trust by secretary of health and environment.
49-513. Same; grants to trust by secretary of health and environment. The secretary of health and environment is hereby authorized to make grants to the trust to be used to provide relocation assistance and to purchase property as provided in K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 49-514, and amendments thereto, to persons relocating from an affected community and assistance to public school districts as provided in K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 49-515, and amendments thereto.
