44-1133. Duties of secretary of labor; rules and regulations. The secretary of labor shall enforce K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 44-1131 and 44-1132, and amendments thereto, and may adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 44-1132, and amendments thereto.
