KS Stat § 40-5703 (2012) What's This?

40-5703. Same; alternate representative. The member representing this state on the surplus lines insurance multi-state compliance compact may be represented thereon by an alternate designated by the commissioner of insurance. Any such alternate shall be an assistant commissioner or a division director of the insurance department.
