- Section 25-3601 Application to both state and local elections; determination of sufficiency of petitions; signatures; question to be submitted filed with county or district attorney prior to circulation; determination of legality of form; application of other statutes; copies of statutes to be provided.
- Section 25-3602 Petition documents; where filed; successive filings; contents; verification; circulator; withdrawal of signature; void after 180 days; time of election; determination of number of signatures.
- Section 25-3604 Where voter registration required, similarity to registration required; rules and regulations by secretary of state.
- Section 25-3607 Where registration is required, registration books conclusive of number of qualified electors.
