21-5925. Kansas medicaid fraud control act; citation. K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 21-5925 through 21-5934 and K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 75-725 and 75-726, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas medicaid fraud control act.
