Section 21-5429 Endangerment.
KS Stat § 21-5429 (2012) What's This?
21-5429. Endangerment. (a) Endangerment is recklessly exposing another person to a danger of great bodily harm or death.
(b) Endangerment is a class A person misdemeanor.
(c) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas criminal code.
