KS Stat § 12-1023 (2012) What's This?

12-1023. Same; appointment of manager; salary. If a majority of all the votes cast at such election shall be in favor of the appointment of a city manager, then the governing body of such city shall within sixty days after such election appoint a city manager and by ordinance fix his or her salary.
