Article 45. - HOMESTEAD PROPERTY TAX REFUNDS
79-4509 Same; maximum property tax refund.

79-4509. Same; maximum property tax refund. In the event property taxes accrued, rent constituting property taxes accrued or their sum exceeds $700 for a household in any one year, the amount thereof shall, for purposes of this act, be deemed to have been $700.
