75-7417 Same; liability for compensation of transferred personnel.

75-7417. Same; liability for compensation of transferred personnel. Liability for accrued compensation or salaries of each officer and employee who is transferred to the Kansas health policy authority from the department of administration under K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 75-7416, and amendments thereto, shall be assumed and paid by the Kansas health policy authority on July 1, 2006, or on the date of the transfer, whichever is later.
