75-7410. Same; state plan for medical assistance and services without federal participation. On and after July 1, 2006, the Kansas health policy authority shall have the power, but is not required, to develop a state plan with regard to medical assistance and services in which the federal government does not participate, within the limits of appropriations therefor.
