Article 68. - STATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS AT INSTITUTIONS OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION
72-6803 "State scholarship fund" abolished; moneys transferred to state general fund.

72-6803. "State scholarship fund" abolished; moneys transferred to state general fund. The fund known as "the state scholarship fund" is hereby abolished, and on the effective date of this act, the state treasurer shall transfer all moneys in said fund to the state general fund.
