- 13-796 Overland Park fire protection services; adoption by resolution; direction to board of county commissioners.
- 13-797 Same; dissolution and detachment of existing county fire districts.
- 13-798 Same; transfer of property from fire district to city; city authorized to contract for equipment and buildings.
- 13-799 Same; disbursement of unexpended moneys of fire district from which territory is detached.
- 13-7,100 Same; retirement of outstanding bonds of fire district which is dissolved or from which territory is detached.
- 13-7,101 Same; tax levy authorized.
