12-5256 Same; disposition of moneys; state housing trust fund; transfers from state general fund.

12-5256. Same; disposition of moneys; state housing trust fund; transfers from state general fund. (a) All expenditures from the state housing trust fund made for the purposes of K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 12-5253 through 12-5255, and amendments thereto, shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the president of the Kansas housing resources corporation.

(b) On the effective date of this act and on July 1, 2008, July 1, 2013, and July 1, 2014, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer $4,000,000 from the state general fund to the state housing trust fund established by K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 74-8959, and amendments thereto. On July 1, 2012, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer $2,000,000 from the economic development initiatives fund to the state housing trust fund established by K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 74-8959, and amendments thereto. On July 1, 2012, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer $2,000,000 from the state general fund to the state housing trust fund established by K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 74-8959, and amendments thereto.
