Chapter 9.--BANKS AND BANKING; TRUST COMPANIES
Article 8.--BANKING CODE; ORGANIZATION

      9-803.   Renewal and extension of corporation. Any bank whose charter or articles of incorporation has lapsed, or hereafter shall lapse, may renew and extend its corporate existence in the manner provided by law and upon payment of the requisite fees.
