Chapter 82a.--WATERS AND WATERCOURSES
Article 15.--WATER TRANSFERS

      82a-1505.   Review and enforcement of panel action; precedence over other cases. (a) Any action of the panel is subject to review in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.

      (b)   The review proceedings shall have precedence in the district court. Appellate proceedings shall have precedence in the court of appeals and in the state supreme court under such terms and conditions as the supreme court may fix by rule.
